May 4th 2016. Absolutely beautiful day! The sun is shining and the sky is blue. The cherry trees are covered with glorious frothy pink blossoms. I walked down the road to see the tree that I made a drawing of in my sketchbook on my first 30 Day Challenge in 2012. I did a quick sketch of it just to pay homage, not quite as vibrant as the first drawing, but I often find if I try and draw something again it never comes out as good, but it’s always better than nothing! The main difference though is what it says under the drawing. ‘The Cherry Blossom on the corner of Hazelmere Road. Very cold! ‘  Today  I have written, ‘ The Cherry Blossom on the corner of Hazelmere Road. Very warm’!
