A few months ago I broke a bit of my indoor hibiscus plant when I was shutting the curtains. I stuck it in a jar of water and there it stayed for a few weeks. One day I thought perhaps I would throw it out, so I took it out of the jar and looked at it and it had little roots growing! I stuck it in some earth in a flower pot and left it for a few more weeks. It seemed to be growing and even though it only had a couple of new leaves I could see a tiny bud forming. It took a few more weeks but today to my great delight a little pink hibiscus flower has unfurled. It is so cute! My new little baby hibiscus!
