Waiting for The Bears!

I am lucky enough to be spending time with my niece Zoey, and her husband Jacob in a beautiful place in southern Vermont, in the USA. Their little two year old boy, Bennie, and I spend a lot of time going out looking for animals. We check on the family of spiders who live on the garage door, chase after dragonflies, and peer into the dark trees in the woods looking for bears. Ooh scary! Jacob saw a bear cub disappearing into the forest a couple of days ago. So we know they are there. I have made some sketches sitting outside the house looking down towards the clearing at the edge of the woods where the bears cut across, I havn’t seen any yet… but I am waiting!
